You can now use the MyImperialBeach App for information and updates about the City, City Departments, and submit requests for non-emergency issues via mobile application and web. Submit your information on the City website on the Report an Issue Page or download the FREE phone app for iPhone & Android devices.

- Malfunctioning street lights
- Abandoned vehicles
- and more
Please note that this system is intended for non-emergency issues. It is not monitored 24/7. Any emergency should be reported to 911. If a concern needs immediate attention by the Police Department please call the non-emergency line at 619-498-2400 or the Dispatch Center at 858-565-5200. For all inquiries/issues submitted, please provide City staff 1-3 business days to respond and/or address any issues reported.
