If you are interested in bidding on a City Capital Improvement Project use the links below to download the Bid Documents:
Instructions for Downloading Bid Documents
- Select Advertised link
- Select the name of the advertised project
- Select the name of the document to download in the Docs/Specs section
- You will be prompted to enter your contact information this will populate the plan holders list. Now you can download the documents. To access the document again at a later date select the blue arrows next your contact information.
Plan holders are responsible for checking the website for addendums to the bid documents. Bids are considered non-responsive without the addendums.
