About the Project
The Palm Avenue Master Plan project will provide welcoming, safe and diverse travel choices on Palm Avenue between Georgia Street and Rainbow Drive, including walking, biking, public transit and driving.
The City is in the early stages of planning the project and is currently developing the 30% design and environmental documentation. This effort includes communicating with businesses to discuss the proposed improvements and benefits to their operations. Design is expected to be completed in 2027, with construction to be scheduled at a later date.
